Tube Bending

Cheesman Products' tube manipulation uses the latest in precision and advanced technology to deliver the highest quality stainless steel tube finishes available, that continue to exceed our customers’ expectations. From drawing or physical pattern - our process guarantees a beautiful finish and a perfect match.

Our bending machines currently cater for tubing up to 101.6mm (4”). All pipe work has mandrel bends for uniform diameter. Both draw and roll bending is performed. New tooling is developed to suit client needs, as required. For more information on tooling please view our tooling list (PDF).

Our expertise is stainless steel, especially T304, T316 and T321 grades. But we work other ferrous materials, such as Inconel®, and with non-ferrous materials, such as Titanium.

All mandrel bent tubing is cleaned and can be supplied self coloured or finished. We can supply a linished, polished, plated or coated tube finish.
